Agent Collaboration Weekly AI News
October 13 - October 21, 2025This weekly update brings exciting news about AI agents working together to help businesses run better. Companies around the world announced new ways for AI agents to team up and solve problems.
Oracle launched something called the AI Agent Marketplace, which is like an app store for AI helpers. These AI agents can work inside Oracle's business software and help with tasks like checking orders and managing money. Oracle also said that more than 32,000 experts have learned how to build these AI agents. The marketplace lets companies pick AI agents made by different companies and use them all together in one place.
Salesforce announced Agentforce 360, which connects people and AI agents on one platform. The company's leader, Marc Benioff, said this is the start of the "Agentic Enterprise" where AI helps people do better work instead of replacing them. Salesforce has been testing this for a year and thousands of companies are already using it. The AI agents work 24 hours a day and never miss a sales lead or customer question.
IBM joined forces with Oracle to create three new AI agents that help with business tasks. One agent checks company agreements automatically, another helps create sales orders faster, and the third turns purchase requests into contracts. IBM plans to add more agents soon for human resources and supply chain work.
Experts say these changes are very important. One expert from IDC said Oracle is "raising the bar" with its marketplace approach. The World Economic Forum warned that as more AI agents work together, companies need to be careful about security. A research firm called Gartner said that by 2028, one-third of business apps will have AI agents built in.
