1. Use of Service

By using our services, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for the content you provide and that you comply with all applicable laws and regulations. MB Skydis reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time without prior notice. Our services are provided "as is," and we are not liable for any issues arising from your use.

2. Account Registration

When creating an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. MB Skydis is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to safeguard your account information.

3. Subscription and Payments

Subscriptions to our services are managed through Stripe. All payments and billing issues are subject to Stripe's terms. MB Skydis is not responsible for any disputes or issues arising from Stripe's services. You agree to pay all applicable fees as outlined on our website at the time of subscription.

3.1 Founder Plan

The Founder plan includes AI‑assisted insight features that analyze anonymized datasets derived from user interactions and optional subscriber submissions. You must not attempt to re‑identify individuals from aggregated outputs. We may rate‑limit or suspend access to protect privacy or platform integrity.

4. Content Responsibility and Copyright

MB Skydis is not responsible for the content provided or generated using our tools. All summaries and AI-generated content are produced using our automated systems, and you are solely responsible for ensuring that your content complies with all applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. We disclaim any liability for copyright infringements or related legal issues.

AI Output Notice: AI results may contain errors or hallucinations and should be independently reviewed. You agree not to rely on AI output as legal, financial, or medical advice.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, MB Skydis, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use our service will cease immediately.

6. Acceptable Use

  • No scraping, bulk exporting, or automated collection beyond documented APIs.
  • No attempts to re‑identify individuals from anonymized or aggregated data.
  • No reverse engineering or misuse of AI prompts to exfiltrate system or other users’ data.
  • No uploading unlawful content or content that infringes third‑party rights.

7. Analytics & Improvements

To improve the service, we may collect de‑identified usage metrics and review prompts you submit in our founder insight tools. Direct identifiers, where detected, are masked during storage. Do not include sensitive personal data in prompts. We do not sell prompt data and we do not disclose operational security details about our systems.

8. Data Visibility for Founders

Founder‑tier users may access aggregated, anonymized usage statistics and insights derived from public site activity and optional submissions. Founders do not receive raw logs or personally identifying information about other users. You must not attempt to infer or re‑identify individuals from aggregated data. Violations may result in suspension or termination.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, either express or implied. MB Skydis expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

10. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall MB Skydis, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall be limited to the amounts paid by you for our services over the previous two months. We are not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MB Skydis, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the European Union for any disputes arising from these Terms.

13. Changes to Terms of Service

MB Skydis reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of the service constitutes your acceptance of any updated Terms.

14. Affiliate Program Terms

For affiliates participating in our program, the following payout details apply:

  • Minimum Payout Threshold: $10.00
  • Payout Term: NET-15
  • Payout Methods: PayPal

If additional payout methods are required, serious affiliates should contact us directly via email. Regardless of any affiliate relationships, MB Skydis makes no guarantees regarding affiliate earnings or performance, and affiliates participate at their own risk.

12. Founder Data Use & Non‑Resale

Founder‑tier access is granted solely for your own internal evaluation and decision‑making. You may not sell, resell, sublicense, rent, publicly share, or otherwise redistribute any data, insights, or materials you access through the Founder plan (including any derived or aggregated datasets). Automated scraping, bulk export, or use of the service to build a competing dataset is prohibited.

Any violation of this section is a material breach. We may immediately suspend or terminate access and pursue all remedies available at law or in equity, including injunctive relief to prevent further misuse, recovery of actual damages, and reimbursement of all losses, costs, and reasonable attorneys’ fees arising from the breach. These remedies are in addition to the Indemnification provisions in these Terms.

12A. Advertising & Attribution

To understand which marketing efforts bring visitors to our site and to improve campaign effectiveness, we use standard ad‑measurement pixels provided by advertising partners (including the Reddit Ads Pixel). These tools use cookies or similar technologies to attribute visits and purchases. We do not transmit sensitive information such as passwords or full payment details to advertising partners. Use of our services constitutes your acknowledgement that such measurement occurs in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You can manage cookies in your browser and, where available, adjust ad personalization settings in your Reddit account.
