Delete your AI Agent Teams account

AI Agent Teams is provided by MB Skydis through AI Agent Store. You can request deletion of your account and the data associated with it at any time.

Email [email protected] from the email address registered to your AI Agent Store account.
Use the subject “AI Agent Teams account deletion” and state that you want the account deleted.
We may ask you to verify ownership of the account. We will confirm when the request has been completed or explain any data that must be retained.

Delete only an agent

To keep your account but remove a hosted agent, sign in at AI Agent Teams, open the agent, stop it if it is running, and choose the delete action in its settings.

Data deleted

A completed full-account request removes the account profile and active AI Agent Teams data associated with it where technically possible. This includes hosted agents, saved workspace and memory files, configuration, uploads, generated outputs, conversations, gateway connection state, snapshots, runtime status, active version history, blocker reports, and owner comments on blockers.

Data that may be retained

Limited payment, tax, fraud-prevention, security, support, audit, and error records may be kept for the period required by law or legitimate operational needs. Encrypted backups and disaster- recovery copies may remain for a limited rotation period. Data already processed by a connected model provider, messaging platform, payment provider, or other third party is also subject to that provider’s retention rules.
