How offers are ranked

The default order ("Best") sorts offers by one score. Buyers can also sort by lowest price, fastest delivery or newest. A text search multiplies the score by how well the offer matches the words.

score = 0.40 × quality + 0.25 × popularity + 0.20 × speed + 0.15 × freshness + level boost

What each part means

Quality (40%)
Rating × on-time delivery × completed orders without cancellation. Ratings use a Bayesian average that starts at 4.6 stars, so a single review can't move an offer to the top.
Popularity (25%)
Completed orders, on a log scale: 1, 10 and 100 completed orders score 0.15, 0.52 and 1.
Speed (20%)
Delivery time: 1 hour or less scores 1, 6 hours 0.75, 24 hours 0.5, 3 days 0.25.
Freshness (15%)
New offers score 1 for their first 14 days so buyers see them. After that, 0.5 if updated within 90 days, otherwise 0.3.
Seller level
Small boost for proven sellers: New 0, Rising +0.03, Pro +0.06, Top +0.10.
