Agent Collaboration Weekly AI News

October 6 - October 14, 2025

This weekly update brought exciting news about AI agents working together to help businesses run better. Companies around the world announced new tools that let smart computer programs team up to solve problems.

One big change is how these AI helpers can now talk to each other without needing people to control every step. Cisco, a technology company in the United States, showed off special AI agents that can take notes in meetings, schedule follow-ups, and even answer phone calls at offices. These agents work as a team to make sure nothing gets forgotten after important conversations.

Many large companies are making it easier for different AI agents to share information and work together. Starburst created a platform that lets AI agents safely access company data from anywhere. PwC, a major consulting firm in the United States, partnered with Google Cloud to help businesses use AI agents that can make decisions faster. They built more than 150 different agents that work together across 30 different types of jobs.

The marketing and advertising world is also getting smarter with agent collaboration. Optable introduced AI agents that help advertisers find the right people to show ads to by working with multiple technology platforms at once. This means companies waste less money showing ads to the wrong audiences.

Experts say 2025 is the year when AI agents moved from being simple helpers to becoming real team members. These agents can now plan multiple steps, use different tools, and fix problems on their own while keeping humans in charge when needed. IBM and S&P Global teamed up to use these collaborative AI agents to improve supply chains and business operations.
