When five agents worked together on a banking job, they cut processing time by more than half and reduced mistakes by 41%. World Economic Forum experts are saying that organizations need to set up safety rules and watch over agents carefully, just like they would a new employee.

At the same time, experts warn that 40% of companies trying to use agentic AI might quit because they didn't plan for how hard it is to make it work in real situations. The businesses that figure out how to make it work see amazing results, though, saving time and money in big ways.
