Marketing Weekly AI News
September 15 - September 23, 2025This week brought major news about AI agents changing how companies talk to customers. Samsung held its big AI meeting on September 15-16, bringing together smart people from around the world to share new AI ideas. At the same time, Google made its smart search helper available in over 180 new countries, giving it new agentic features that let it do more tasks for users like finding restaurants and sharing information.
Companies are now using AI agents to handle customer service automatically. A new report says these smart helpers will soon change prices based on what's happening in the market and help customers without humans having to step in. This means when you shop online, an AI might be the one helping you instead of a person.
The numbers show that most companies are jumping on the AI train. About 85% of businesses now use AI tools for marketing, especially for finding the right customers and making content. The AI marketing business is worth $47.32 billion this year and will grow to over $107 billion by 2028. This huge growth shows that companies think AI agents are the future of talking to customers.
But even with all this AI growth, human creativity is still super important. A big study of marketing bosses found that 87% believe they need more human creativity and feelings in their work, not less. This means the best marketing in the future will mix smart AI agents with human ideas to create something better than either could do alone.
