OpenAI released a new system called GPT-5.5 that combines talking, coding, and looking at websites all in one place.

AI agents handle boring, repetitive work so people can do more interesting and creative tasks. Companies are seeing big changes too. By the end of 2026, experts predict that 40% of all enterprise applications - that means business software - will have AI agents built in. By 2030, AI agents are expected to handle 10% of all work across sales, marketing, customer support, money and finance, human resources, and computer support.

But here is the catch: companies need to help their workers learn new skills. The skills that matter most now are problem solving, critical thinking, and human judgment. Workers who understand how to work with AI agents and can check their work will have great jobs in the future.
