Google’s Project Astra aims to create a universal AI agent that can handle complex tasks, like diagnosing bike repairs or initiating support calls, while keeping humans in control. By 2028, nearly a third of enterprise software could include Agentic AI, automating 15% of daily work. However, challenges like data privacy and AI bias remain, requiring strict rules to ensure fairness.
