Accessibility & Inclusion Weekly AI News

August 18 - August 26, 2025

This weekly update shows how agentic AI is making services more accessible to everyone. Salesforce launched new AI tools for government agencies in the United States that help citizens get help 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The city of Kyle, Texas is already using an AI agent called Agent Kyle to help people report problems and ask questions about city services.

Companies are also making it easier for people to work with data and information. ExxonMobil and Navy Federal Credit Union are using AI agents that let people ask questions in normal language instead of needing special computer skills. This means more people can get the information they need without having to learn complicated computer programs.

G-P introduced new AI tools that help companies hire people around the world more easily. These tools can answer questions about hiring rules in over 180 countries, making it simpler for businesses to include workers from different places. The AI provides instant answers and connects people to human experts when needed.

Experts say these AI agents work best when they help people rather than replace them. In important areas like healthcare and money management, humans still need to check the AI's work to make sure it's correct. The goal is to make services easier to use for everyone while keeping them safe and accurate.
