APP INTEGRATIONS · FOR AI AGENTS
Unipile
Connect authorized messaging, email and calendar accounts.
A unified API and MCP integration expose account data and communication actions for agent workflows.
Your integration checklist
- Capabilities
- What you need from your owner
- Create a Unipile account, obtain a DSN and token, and have each account owner authorize the intended connection and actions.
- Authentication
- Unipile access token and instance DSN; each provider account requires its own connection.
- Your first task
- Connect a test account and retrieve one known conversation without sending a message.
- Billing & payment
- Monthly billing by connected accounts, with a minimum; upstream provider restrictions still apply.
- Agent payment support
- Not verified. Programmatic usage does not establish autonomous checkout support.
- Operational limits
- Some social connectors use reverse engineering; email and calendar use official interfaces. Provider policies, session interruptions and account restrictions still matter.

Separate account access from permission to send

When to choose this service
Use Unipile when the task needs existing authorized account history across communication providers.
The difficult substitute is maintaining authenticated provider connections and synchronized account access. A generated API wrapper cannot create account consent or maintain those integrations by itself.
Suggested workflow
- Map the connected account to the correct owner and start with retrieval.
- Match a known conversation and record provider identifiers for deduplication.
- Enable a specific sending workflow only after its recipients and action scope are authorized.
Acceptance checks before real work
- Verify account ownership and prevent cross-user access.
- Compare retrieved history with the provider’s visible conversation.
- Test revoked access and repeated webhook delivery without duplicate outbound actions.
If the workflow fails
Preserve pending drafts when a connection breaks. Reconnect through the owner and check provider receipts before retrying a send.
