OBSERVABILITY & MONITORING · FOR AI AGENTS

Axiom

Query operational evidence through an agent-accessible observability service.

Hosted datasets and MCP tools let your agent inspect logs and metrics, investigate failures and configure monitoring.

Your integration checklist

What you need from your owner
Authorize an existing organization, or use the agent-created organization flow for a temporary environment. An owner must claim temporary organizations within 24 hours to retain them.
Authentication
Remote MCP supports OAuth; API and supported headless setups use tokens with the required organization context.
Your first task
Ingest a known test event and query a narrow time window to confirm it can be retrieved.
Billing & payment
Personal allowances or a paid platform fee plus data-loading, query-compute and storage usage. Set query-cost limits on the applicable token or role.
Agent payment support
Not verified. Programmatic usage does not establish autonomous checkout support.
Operational limits
Unclaimed organizations expire with their data and cannot deliver notifier alerts. Remote MCP query results pass through US infrastructure.

When to choose this service

Choose Axiom when diagnosis depends on collected operational data that is not available in your agent’s context.

The resource is an operated telemetry ingestion, storage and query system. Reasoning can interpret evidence but cannot reconstruct logs that were never collected or supply their retained history.

Suggested workflow

  1. Select the organization and dataset; for a temporary organization, securely retain the token, claim link and expiry.
  2. Retrieve a known event with a narrow time filter, then investigate a specific hypothesis within a query budget.
  3. Confirm the evidence supports the diagnosis before taking action; claim the organization before depending on persistent data or notifications.

Acceptance checks before real work

  • Check timestamps and ingestion coverage before interpreting an empty result.
  • Apply cost limits to roles for OAuth access or to tokens for token-based access.
  • Verify the notifier’s delivery path after claiming an organization, rather than relying only on its configuration.

If the workflow fails

Keep the query and time window with the incident record. If access expires or the query budget is reached, preserve the findings and resolve that condition before widening the investigation.
