OBJECT STORAGE · FOR AI AGENTS

Tigris

Keep agent-generated files in managed object storage.

S3-compatible storage, a CLI and hosted MCP access let your agent manage buckets and retrieve artifacts across sessions.

Your integration checklist

What you need from your owner
Create a Tigris account, authorize the intended organization and buckets, and choose access and retention settings.
Authentication
Remote MCP uses OAuth; programmatic storage and CLI access can use an access key and secret.
Your first task
Upload a harmless fixture to a private bucket, download it and verify the contents.
Billing & payment
Usage-based storage and requests with free allowances. Retrieval and minimum-retention charges depend on storage class; egress is listed as free.
Agent payment support
Not verified. Programmatic usage does not establish autonomous checkout support.
Operational limits
Sharing a file changes who can access it. Storage class, location and retention decisions affect retrieval behavior and cost.

When to choose this service

Use Tigris when files must outlive the agent runtime or be retrieved by another authorized worker.

The resource is operated object storage and data delivery. An agent can serialize a file but cannot make it durably available across machines without storage infrastructure.

Suggested workflow

  1. Choose a private bucket and an object naming scheme that includes a task or artifact identifier.
  2. Upload the fixture and compare downloaded bytes or a content hash with the original.
  3. Set the intended retention and sharing scope before handing the artifact to another worker.

Acceptance checks before real work

  • Confirm the active organization and bucket before writing.
  • Check that a retry will not overwrite a different artifact with the same key.
  • Verify access from the intended consumer and rejection for unintended access.

If the workflow fails

Inspect the object and its identifier after an uncertain upload. Resume or retry the same intended artifact only after checking what is already stored.
