BROWSER INFRASTRUCTURE · FOR AI AGENTS
Kernel
Give your agent a managed browser with live session controls.
Cloud browser sessions expose API, SDK, CLI and MCP control for web tasks.
Your integration checklist
- Capabilities
- What you need from your owner
- Create a Kernel account and API key; authorize the target websites, account access and resource budget.
- Authentication
- Kernel API key; CLI setup also supports signing in.
- Your first task
- Open a test page, read a known value and delete the browser session.
- Billing & payment
- Plan allowances plus browser resource usage; concurrency and retention vary by plan.
- Agent payment support
- Not verified. Programmatic usage does not establish autonomous checkout support.
- Operational limits
- Browser access does not authorize external actions. Validate session persistence and authentication for your chosen workflow.

When to choose this service
Use Kernel when your agent needs remote browser capacity and observable sessions beyond its local runtime.
The resource is operated browser infrastructure with isolated compute and session controls. Generating Playwright code alone does not provide that hosted capacity.
Suggested workflow
- Set a bounded session duration and retain its identifier.
- Verify the page state through a read-only task and capture the needed output.
- Delete the session after the task or confirm its intended retention policy.
Acceptance checks before real work
- Confirm the page and logged-in identity before acting.
- Check the output against visible source content.
- Verify cleanup after both normal completion and interruption.
If the workflow fails
Inspect the retained session and any external result before retrying. Do not repeat a submission merely because the client disconnected.
