Virtuals Protocol

Traders have been making insane amounts of money buying AI agent meme coins and plenty of people still don't know how to do this as a lot of it is happening within the virtuals protocol platform. So today I'm going to show you a toz how to bridge Swap and start trading these tokens all within virtuals protocol, which is a platform where people can deploy AI agents with a token. 

Ladies and gentlemen, welcome back to another Crypt Gorilla video. As usual, I'm not a financial adviser. This is just for educational purposes only. 

In order to start trading, we're going to need the virtual token, which is the official token of the virtuals protocol platform. As you can see down here, there's plenty of centralized exchanges where you can buy this token, but I'm going to show you how to get it on a decentralized exchange, meaning you don't need an account. You can just connect your wallet, make a swap, and leave. 

Now all this is going to be happening on the base chain, which is a layer two. You're going to have to add to your met a mask, and in order to get your money into base, we're going to have to use a bridge. The one I like to use is Orbiter Finance. You can use whatever one you like, especially if it has cheaper fees than Orbiter Finance. 

So step one, you're going to have to connect your wallet. Then you're going to want...

To select the chain that you're coming from maybe it's Arbitrum Blast M ETH mainnet and to go to we're going to select Base. So I'm just going to put an amount here that I want to bridge. I'm going to click Send. I'm going to click Confirm. It's going to open my Metamask and I'm going to click Confirm and we're going to wait for the transaction to go through. 

And there we go, our transaction has gone through. Now in order to make a swap, you are going to need to add the Base Network to your Metamask if you don't already have it. I will link this website in the description down below or you can just copy it off my screen. You're going to have to open Metamask. You're going to select the network dropdown. You're going to do Add a Custom Network and here you're going to have to fill in the information as it matches. 

So network name that would be Base Mainnet. Then the RPC you're going to have to click the little plus and add this URL and make sure it is written correctly or you're going to get an error. After that, the chain ID 8453 chain symbol the block explorer URL you're going to click Save. I can't do it 'cause it's already added, so for me I'm just going to click this and select Base Mainnet. 

So now I'm going to be trading on Base instead of ETH Mainnet where the fees are much, much cheaper. So the next thing I need is the virtual token. To do that, we're going to go on the

Aerodrome swap which I'm going to link in the description down below. We are going to connect our wallet. I'm using Metamask. You can use whatever wallet your heart desires. You're going to select the token you want to go from. You're going to select the token you want to swap into. In this case, we're going to do virtual and I'm just going to put a random amount here 05. You swap whatever amount you want. Just keep in mind that the virtual token is volatile, right? It's changing prices all the time. It's not a stable coin. So tomorrow it might be worth 30 cents or it might be worth $50. We don't know. 

So here I just enter my amount. They're going to give me an estimate. I'm going to click swap. If swap isn't working, it's probably because you're not in the Base main net. So you have to switch that in your Metamask. I'm going to click. I don't know why I've been getting this error in Base lately. I'm just going to click I want to proceed. It's going to give me a little estimate in gas. I'm going to click confirm and once it's gone through, you're going to get a confirmation. You're going to see your transaction. 

If we want to see the virtual token in our Metamask, just go to Coin Market Cap. Here we select the drop down. Make sure you get the Base token address. I'll also put it in the description down below. Then we click our Metamask. We go to tokens and make sure again you're in Base. Sometimes

It switches back. Click import tokens. Custom token paste the address. It's automatically going to fill up. Click next import and now we can see the virtual token in our Metamask wallet. 

So now we're ready to buy a token on the virtual protocol website. The first thing we're going to do again is connect our wallet. I'm going to click next. I'm going to confirm. It's going to ask me to name the wallet. I'm going to call it Gorilla is cool because space it is. 

Then you can either buy tokens directly on this website. So you can see there's a ton. They have been performing incredibly well. Sequoia is up almost 400% today. We got this one up 71%. We got Vader AI up 200%. 

So there's some tokens that have been crushing it and there's plenty of opportunities to make money here, especially since more and more people are finding out about this website. However, if you want to find newer tokens, click the or make your own token. Click this button and it's going to take you to a pump fun looking page here. 

You're going to see all the tokens we saw on the previous site. However, you're going to see a bunch of brand new tokens or tokens that are at very low market caps now. Similar to pump fund, you're going to have a bunch of tokens that are going to go to zero and you could lose money on these. 

But there's also an opportunity to make money. So people are playing on this website. So if I want to

Buy a token directly here. I can do it on the right side by just entering the amount I want to buy or sell and then doing Place trade and there you go. I now own I don't even know what this is called. I now own baby Wonder keeper great and if I want to sell it I would just go to the sell tab click the amount of tokens I want to put either the max amount of tokens or I could put whatever amount. Again I would click Place trade and boom I now no longer hold any baby token. You can see it's at zero.

But if we want to buy a more established token we can do that directly on the virtuals protocol website. So here I'm just going to pick Luna since this one is pretty cool. There's an influencer attached to it you can see she is constantly streaming 24 hours a day and this is an AI agent like nobody's controlling this at least allegedly nobody's controlling this. 

And on this page we get a ton of information. At the top we have the market cap we can see how much it's changed today. We have the chart here you can see what stage in the agent's life that she is going through because the first stage the token goes live and then after that they get their own Twitter they get their own telegram chat eventually they get their own onchain wallet and so on. 

And this is all going to be based on the market cap that the agent is able to hit but this being the most successful one on the platform.

It is currently at a $62 million market cap so it's very high. So let's say I want to purchase this token. You can do that directly on this platform. I would enter the amount of virtual tokens I want to spend. Currently, it's at roughly 50, so it's going to give you an estimate here of almost $50. It's also going to give you an estimate of how many Luna tokens you're going to be getting for this trade. 

If this is the first time you've ever spent virtual tokens, you are going to have to approve them before you're able to spend them. So I'm just going to click next, and once that transaction has gone through, we can click swap. Confirm swap if you're cool with the information that it showed you. I just rushed through it. We're going to click confirm, and our transaction has gone through. 

Now, similar to the virtual token, you can add this to your Metamask to see how much of the token you own. You would get the contract address right here. I'm going to click it, it's going to copy. Open your Metamask, go to tokens, go to import tokens, custom token, paste it, and it autofills the info. Click next, click import, and you can see I now see how many Luna tokens I have in my wallet. 

So if I want to sell this token, I can do it directly in the platform just by changing its position. But let's say I don't want the virtual token because it's too volatile for me. I just want to be an ETH. You can skip a.

Step by using a router. Even though it says you can't use a routing service, you can skip it as long as it has bondage. So as long as it's available to trade on the virtuals protocol website and not still stuck on the fun.

Virtuals doio website which is like the pump fun version where some of the tokens haven't bonded yet. So to do this we're going to be using a routing service like odos. Step I'm going to put it in the description down below. 

Again step one is to connect your wallet and of course you want to make sure we are on the base chain. Here I'm trying to sell so I'm going to swap into eth. If I want to add the token I'm going to have to do add custom tokens. You're going to paste the Luna token or whatever token you bought here. I'm going to do search. It's going to show me the token. Click add token and then you're going to be able to select it from this list. 

So I'm going to click it. You select the amount you want to trade. I'm just going to click Max. It's going to give you an estimate of how much eth you're going to get in exchange. Just like with our virtual token step one is we have to approve since we've never traded this token on this platform before. Once that goes through we can click the swap button. 

Again it's going to prompt our metamask. I'm going to click confirm and there you go our transaction is successful. So we have now sold our Luna tokens directly for eth without having to swap into the virtual token manually ourself. Don't tell the virtuals team I showed you how to do this.
