Before getting into the dashboard, let me show you how this AI chatbot will actually work and interact once it's there on your website. This is the AI chatbot which we built and before even getting the conversation started we can go.

Ahead and collect information and this will help help your marketing team or sales team to reach out to these particular prospects once the chat is initiated. Since the chatbot is already trained on your business data, it'll answer all the customers' questions real quick. Now I've already shown you two major features that we have. One is the lead caping.

Mechanism another is the customer support solution which can help you get instant responses to any of your customer support queries and automate almost 70 to 80% of your repetitive customer questions 24 into 7. 

Next thing I want to show you is our agent handoff module. Imagine a scenario when you are not able to train your chatbot on a particular question and the customer randomly ask something like this can I buy your company um the bot probably.

Would not have answer and we now give you option to do agent hand over and talk to a real human. Here I have configured the email and anyone can quickly fill up the form. The last feature I really want to show you is the appointment setting module. Can I talk to a person or get a demo? Prime CX will ask them for their time zone. Based on the time zone we will show them the available slots and based on what options the citers are choosing we ask them.

For their email address and boom the appointment is booked. Now let me go inside the dashboard and show you how this actually works. 

Now once you log into the Prime CX dashboard you will see six different options. On the extreme light subscription is where you get to see all the plans. We have two different kind of plans. One is for direct businesses and another for agencies where they can white label Prime CX and sell it to their customers. Uh the next

Option that you have is chatbot option and this is where you get to create the chatbot. Once you click on the edit button, uh you actually get to fill up all of these details. Next is around training. Initially, we only had one training option which was using a website URL and training your chat boot. Went ahead and added the text option, upload file options, uh manual Q&A where you can just go ahead and manually add question and answers once the chatbot.

Is trained. This is where you enable the lead capture module. You can come here again to see all the collected leads. Uh next part is around appointment booking. You go ahead and connect your Google calendar, select your time zone so that when customer want to talk to someone we can seamlessly help you set up appointments. 

And lastly the agent handoff module where you get to have hand off the complete chat based on what option the customer is selecting.
