For example, I synchronized it with my Google Calendar, so anything I have there is automatically displayed in motion. Another great thing about motion is that you can easily see all your tasks for the current day and the nearest future.

They fit on your calendar in an order that considers the importance and the deadline. This way you don't work on tasks that are due in several weeks when you actually have something you should be working on ASAP. You can add tasks, assign priorities, set deadlines, and the AI will handle the rest. It even breaks down larger tasks into smaller chunks, making them more manageable. 

One feature that I really love is whenever you change priority on your tasks or there are surprise events added to your calendar that overlap with your tasks, the motion AI will automatically adjust your calendar, eliminating all conflicts. So in short, motion is particularly handy for those with unpredictable days as it reshuffles tasks to ensure that most important ones get done first. 

Project management, but here's the theme guys, motion doesn't stop at tasks. It also offers robust project management tools you can organize.

Tasks by project and view them in formats like can band boards or G charts. These views are especially useful for visual planners and teams working on larger projects. 

And speaking of teams, motion approaches project management with a framework I've never seen. They have all the project management features of s or Monday, but on top of that, they balance workload and capacity. Since all tasks you add into it have a duration, this means managers won't be guessing if their team has bandwidth to take on another project or move faster. 

Motion was designed to make this answer obvious. When you add the task to motion, it literally shows up on your teammates' calendar booking links. One hidden gem is motion's booking feature. You can create booking links for appointments, saving you the hassle of using a separate calendar app. It's perfect if you regularly need to schedule meetings with clients or colleagues.

Now don't get me wrong guys I love this app it works great for me but just like any other app out there it has its advantages and downsides. First let me tell you what I really like about it. Email assistant which can make handling your emails much smoother. All you need to do is forward your emails to a simple predefined email address and they will get added as task on your calendar. And if you're using Zoom or Microsoft Teams, it has native integrations with those too, making your workflow even simpler. 

Okay, and what about cons? Well, one downside is that it can be pretty pricey for solo users. So if you are on a tight budget, it might not be the best fit. However, when it comes to teams, it can be actually pretty affordable. 

Another thing to keep in mind is that there are built-in integrations with some apps, but not as many as other tools offer. However, there is an API available and you can connect to Zapier if you want to set up your own custom integrations. The note-taking feature is also pretty basic. So if you are someone who needs a lot of in-depth documentation, you might feel like it falls short.

Short in that area who is motion best for folks. I think that motion is ideal for people like me. I mean those with P schedules who need help prioritizing and organizing their day. If you spent most of your time in meetings andru to car out time for deep work, motion can rearrange your tasks to make space for focused time. 

All in all, it's really best for those who are ready to invest in boosting their productivity.
