Lutra AI

Lutra is an agentic platform that makes it really easy for you to automate your work of AI. Let me show you how it works. 

So you go to Lutra and converse with it in natural language. So hey Lutra, can you go and find me a list of veterinaries in Sunville, California? 

So Lutra takes your instructions in English and figures out how to use all its tools and access to the data it has to accomplish it. So in this case, imagine you're a business selling to animal hospitals, veterinaries, and you need to do a lot of research about them. You need to find lists of them, look them up on the maps, figure out who the doctors are, the services they provide, and then construct the lead list from that. 

Now that's a lot of work. So when you come to Lutra, you can just give it instructions in English and it figures out how to do a map search, figure out what you want to do, and finds, in this case, animal clinics for you. 

Let's say you found these 20 clinics and you wanted to now save it to a Google Sheet. Let's ask Lutra to do that as well. Please save this to a new Google Sheet. 

So Lutra understands natively how to work with different applications and understands how to work with Google Sheets, a table, calendar, docs, Drive, GitHub, Gmail, HubSpot, and more. Able to use Lutra to interconnect between systems, go to your HubSpot, get a list of leads, go.

To the Internet do research about them and then directly update your HubSpot or for example go to your Google sheet and email and connect those two together to export B your emails and get data into a Google sheet. In this case we're going to ask lutra to do web research for us and put it into a Google sheet. 

So now we can see lutra live updating this Google sheet and creating it with all the information that we ask it to get. You see it populating the a nice header row and all the list of um animal hospitals here for us including their website phone number and address. 

As lutra operates, you can also see all the details of the steps it takes in the lock here. Now this is great but as a person that might be selling to these veterinarians I might want to know a lot more information about them. 

Let's try this. Hey lutra for each of these veterinarians could you do some web research to figure out who the primary doctor is how many doctors they have and what kind of services they provide and could you add all those as new columns to the spreadsheet? 

Let's do it for the first two to start. Okay that looks good so again lutra is now understanding my task and going through this and going to figure out how to do the web research task which involves going to the internet doing multiple Google searches reading.

Different websites and then figuring out how to get that data extracted from those websites and putting them into the right columns in here. This is one task that people have been using Lutra for. Literally, we have one person actually selling to Petarian using this. But the same process can be applied to many different businesses. 

Imagine you're selling to hospitals, equipment to them, or lawyers, or coffee shops. You're selling coffee beans or equipment. Whenever you're doing deep internet research, trying to build lists, trying to figure out, you know, what do these businesses do, Lutra can help you in here. But this is just the tip of the iceberg. You know, Lutra is just doing internet research and spreadsheets. 

But because Lutra is so interconnected to all the other systems in here, we have seen users also use Lutra to do email processing. To figure out how they can, you know, mine that gold mine of data in the emails and get it out into a usable form in the spreadsheet. And then do web research or maybe the people they've connected to. Information I can click through and see Lutra is looking up you know Pet's Friend Animal Clinic in Sunville and reading all these sources to understand the doctors and services. 

And now as it finishes that you can just scroll down and see what it has done. It has figured out the locations, the services offered, and the team as well, and all the people in there. 

And what's really important about this is that as Luch is doing this web research, it's not hallucinating data. It's going to show you all the sources it's getting the data from as well. 

You can see here this is the website it's reading for Pet's Friend Animal Clinic. It's reading the Yelp reviews as well, and then from that it's using all the data, bringing that back and compiling it into a report. 

And then being able to take that and further update into the spreadsheet here the exact services and doctors in there. This is really important information if you want to reach out to these people. 

And now we can say hey Lutra, run all the remaining rules, and you proceed to do that in parallel very quickly. 

But what I really want to show you here is that Lucha is not just about getting these tasks done. So imagine if this is a task that you do very frequently and you're doing all this research work or maybe a process that you're running internal workflows.

That's happening every single day. I want to show you how Lutra can take a task like this and then automate it to be something that you can run autonomously. So I'm going to create a Playbook here at the bottom. 

What happens here is that when I create a Playbook with Lutra, it's going to look at my conversation history and figure out which steps I liked, which steps I did not like, what worked and did not work, and then compile that down into an agentic machine that's able to run this on its own.

And I think this is a really important concept because using AI is still not easy, right? When we use AI, we still need to figure out how to.

Use the system how to prompt it and really understand all the tools that it supports. But what's interesting about Lutra is that it not just understands the process, but it encodes that process in a very reliable fashion. Instead of having the chat start off with what would you like to do today or how can I help you, it's going to ask you very specific questions on I like you to I like to help you find veterinary clinics. This time what's the location you want? Is there a Google sheet like to save it to? How many would you like? 

So in this case, I can type in a different city name, Palo Alto, and I can to make a new sheet and maybe just find five clinics, right? As a user of this agentic AI Playbook, you are now able to very easily have anyone on the team benefit from the ability for AI to automate your work. If you find that many people in your team are doing the same task over and over again and there's some people on the team who are the adventurous AI experts, this is a really powerful mechanism to allow them to very quickly create playbooks and share it with their team. 

We can see now this is all running live. We can see data coming in, going through, doing the same search, finding in this case five veterinarians in Palo Alto, creating the sites, populating the spreadsheet, and then proceeding at the bottom to run the updates to figure out who the primary doctor is, number of doctors, and services, all seamlessly.
