Foreign good morning everyone. We are Interface AI, a market leading finovate award-winning intelligent virtual assistant for banks and credit unions. We offer the most advanced virtual assistant currently serving over 100 financial institutions. 

Today we will be showcasing our new flagship product, Sphere, the industry's first generative AI powered multimodal assistant that mimics Chat GPT. In fact, you can call it the Chat GPT for banks and credit unions. Sphere has two main components: Sphere for customers and Sphere for employees. 

For your customers, it serves as a replacement for your current online and mobile banking platforms, providing an enhanced experience. It guides customers in finding the right banking products, automating inquiries, and assisting with transactions effortlessly. It combines intelligent suggestions to share AI Agent Store with colleagues.

Guidance innovative plugins and personalized AI assistance seamlessly integrating various communication modes including text visuals mouse interactions audio and video inputs providing your customers with a convenient and natural experience. 

Let's show you a quick demo. So here we are going to be conversing with Royce, our intelligent virtual AI assistant. The first thing we're going to do is ask Royce to apply for a credit card. Royce is going to ask me what type of credit card I am looking for and I will say I am looking for a cash back credit card. 

Here you can see that multi-modality I was speaking about regarding visuals. I'm looking for a little bit more offerings, so we'll go ahead and ask Royce for some more offerings. Royce will provide me with an answer and ask me if I would like to compare those.

Two offerings I'll go ahead and say yes. But I actually want more information, so I will ask for what the key main difference between those two offerings is. After Royce provides me with an answer, Royce will ask me which card I would like to apply for, and I will go ahead and say cash back credit card. 

Now here it will seamlessly integrate with any Los system to fill out this application. Filling out this application now becomes a natural experience in a very con conversation-like manner. No need to switch applications. No need to fill out any forms yourself. Royce will ask you questions, and you will answer them. 

Here you can see we're using our CEO's information for security purposes. Obviously, the social security number is phased out. And then once all the information is collected, Royce will summarize this.

Information and ask me if I would like to confirm and apply for this credit card now. To add to that, the in context Maestro recognizes that it has the opportunity to cross-sell me on a different product for the bank or credit union and will try to get me to open a checkings account. We're going to forego that for now and ask to verify a recent credit card charge. 

Now, up until this point I have not been logged in or authenticated, so I'll go ahead and authenticate myself again. No need to switch to any other applications. We'll just, it'll ask for my membership number, the last four digits of my social, and obviously for security purposes we will have multi-factor authentication via email or text. 

So right here, it'll go ahead and ask me for a text message and I'll input the pin number that's provided now after.

That Royce will go ahead and verify my credit credit card charge and I will be good to go. 

Now as you notice, all while I was speaking on the left hand side you can see the co-pilot constantly providing me with alerts and insights to enhance my experience. 

Now I would like to see all my expenses on my credit card for the last month. Here you can see that multi-modality at play. 

Again I can switch between last month, quarter, year, but I can even go for a deeper analysis and look at all of my, uh, all of my current accounts. 

So I'll get that deeper analysis and I can switch between all the accounts. 

Now again the in-context Maestro recognizing that I am spending 24 more this month than I have last month and will prompt me to set a budget. 

And we'll go ahead and set that budget. 

Now the last thing I would like to.

Show you for Sphere for customers is actually performing a transaction. So we're going to go ahead and try to pay off the minimum balance of my credit card. Once I try to pay that off, Royce will recognize that I really should be paying the entire statement balance off and will prompt me to do so. 

For now, we're going to go ahead and say no and just pay off the minimum balance. And so what will happen is that Royce will recognize the opportunity to cross-sell me on credit cards with lower interest rates and or provide me with information on your bank or Credit Union's debt protection plan. Here I want to learn more about this debt protection plan, and it will seamlessly integrate with a third-party system in order to provide an informational video on the fly. 

Now for the sake of time, we're not going to actually.

Play this video but you get the idea. Perfect. Now I want to learn more on how I can apply for this debt protection plan. If the system isn't capable of generating this application, it will still recognize where it should point me either to go to a branch or to talk to a loan representative. 

Now these branches are all in Irvine. I'm in New York, way too far. So let's go ahead and speak to a loan representative. 

And so now this is a very warm handoff between the AI assistant and the agent in your branch or at your call center. That brings us to Sphere for employees, where we offer all the same AI capabilities.
