Devops

DevOps is a way of working that brings together software developers and the people who run systems so they can build, test, and release software faster and more reliably. It combines cultural practices, automation tools, and shared responsibilities so teams no longer hand work off and wait; they collaborate continuously. Common practices include automating repetitive tasks, running frequent automated tests, and delivering small, incremental updates instead of large, risky releases. This approach makes it easier to find and fix problems early, because changes are tested and monitored as they go out. DevOps matters because it shortens the time between an idea and having it in the hands of users, while also improving stability and security. It encourages people to measure how well their processes work and to improve them step by step, using data from build systems and monitoring tools. Adopting DevOps often means changing how people communicate and share responsibility, which can be as important as the technical tools. It reduces delays, lowers the chance of big failures, and helps organizations respond more quickly to customer needs and market changes.
