Food Checker Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Food Checker mobile application provided by MB Skydis. By using the app you agree to them.

Use of the App

Food Checker scans ingredient lists and provides information for educational purposes only. It is not medical advice. You are responsible for verifying results before relying on them.

Subscriptions and Purchases

Premium features may be offered through in‑app purchases. Payments are processed by the Apple App Store, Google Play and RevenueCat and are subject to their own terms. We do not handle your payment card details and purchases are non‑refundable except as required by law.

Acceptable Use

You may not reverse engineer, interfere with or misuse the app. Use must comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" without warranties. MB Skydis is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the app or reliance on its results.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the app if these terms are violated.

Changes

We may modify these terms at any time and will post updates within the app.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania.
